LeeStock Music Festival

The LeeStock Music Festival (originally known as LeeFest) is an annual music festival, held in Sudbury, Suffolk in memory of a popular local, Lee Dunford.[1] The festival has been in existence since 2006 and raises money for the Willow Foundation, a national charity that gives special days to seriously ill young adults.[2] The festival is part of a number of events that aim to raise the profile of the Willow Foundation and raise money for them including a pub crawl, an annual Football Match[3] and a Twenty20 cricket match. So far LeeStock has raised over £16,000 for the Willow Foundation.

In 2011, LeeStock was held over the weekend of 28th and 29th May and featured 90s indie band Dodgy[4] and ex-The Bluetones lead-singer Mark Morriss[5] as the headline acts along with acts from all over the UK. It was held at the White Horse public house in Sudbury[6], and sold out with 2 weeks to go.
